God is Good, period! -part 3

As we conclude this series, we look at one of the most damaging aspects of tossing around the phrases “God is in control” and “everything happens for a reason”, namely they paint a fear-filled picture of who God is, a picture that Jesus fought directly against as he taught his followers to trust a perfect heavenly father who only gives good gifts to his children.
